Scope of work:

Scope of work for this project included the complete re-roofing of 75,000 SF new SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing system. The project also involved temporary roofing system, new light weight concrete, new lightning protection system. Renovation of art and music room, including new flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling, new sinks and cabinetry. MEP upgrades included replacement of four chiller pumps and electrical upgrades. Exterior and Interior paint. This project is relevant because it included general construction scopes of work, that was performed in an occupied and operational facility and was completed within the last five years. This project entailed the renovation of an existing facility.
