Scope of work:

The Coral Gables Merrick House is a historic home that previously belonged to the City of Coral Gable’s founder, George E. Merrick. The property is registered in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and has been renovated to become a museum. The project involved historic restoration and preservation of the exterior and interior of the house, as well as upgrades to the structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Prior to any construction work, LEGO Construction conducted a full abatement for mold, asbestos, and lead. The project also included expansion and renovation of the parking lot and outside areas, as well as a full renovation of the external garage.
