Scope of work:

The project scope of work included the complete re-roofing of 85,000 SF of a flat roof, including the temporary roof and lightweight insulating concrete. Part of the scope of work for their Asset Protection Program included a new voice-activated fire alarm system and a single point of entry secure perimeter fencing. MEP upgrades included electrical upgrades to the mechanical systems, lightning protection systems, and LED lighting. New fire sprinkler system including city tapping, new backflow preventer, underground fire sprinkler piping to the building and site work. The mechanical scope of work included 39-unit ventilators. Interior finishes work included new ADA bathrooms and media center renovation.
