A) The Safety Plan you submitted is incomplete. The following modifications are recommended:

Accident Prevention Program

  1. Risk Assessment
    – Include procedures to identify, evaluate, and control site-specific hazards.
    – Document regular inspections and corrective actions.
  2. Hazard Communication Plan (HazCom)
    – List all chemicals used and their corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
    – Establish labeling protocols and training on chemical hazards.
  3. Ongoing Training
    – Keep records of all training sessions (dates, topics, attendees).
    – Include specific safety trainings: fall protection, confined spaces, respiratory protection, etc.
  4. Safe Work Procedures
