Construction Manager

Job Description ​

​Seeking Construction Manager(s) in Miami, FL to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and institutional construction projects. Manage projects from design review through completion, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements. Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing architectural and engineering plans for feasibility and compliance
• Evaluating site conditions, materials, and construction sequencing
• Coordinating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors
• Developing and managing project schedules and resources
• Performing cost estimation and budget analysis
• Overseeing construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Conducting risk assessments and quality control reviews
• Tracking project progress using project management tools
Travel/Assignment Requirement: Must be willing to travel to client sites within a 100‑mile radius of Miami, FL or Orlando, FL, and to LEGO offices in Winter Park, FL; Delray Beach, FL; and Tampa, FL for project‑related activities, including temporary assignments as needed.
Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Must possess course work, internship or work experience with engineering drawings, construction methods, scheduling techniques, cost estimation principals, and regulatory standards.​
