Sr. Construction Manager

Job Description ​

The Construction Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and institutional construction projects. This role applies civil and construction engineering principles to manage projects from design review through completion, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
Responsibilities include reviewing architectural and engineering plans for feasibility and compliance; evaluating site conditions, materials, and construction sequencing; coordinating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors; developing and managing project schedules and resources; performing cost estimation and budget analysis; overseeing construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance; conducting risk assessments and quality control reviews; and tracking progress using project management tools.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field required. Knowledge of engineering drawings, construction methods, scheduling, cost estimation, and regulatory standards is required.
