1.- Please attach the proper Safety Plan; instead, you attached the AHA.
2.- Please attach the appropriate SDS or a PDF document specifically indicating why the SDS was not submitted. If it is confirmed that an SDS is not required, please note that if during your activities your workers are found using chemical materials — even as common as gasoline or a solvent — all your project activities will be stopped until the corresponding SDS is properly submitted.
3.- Attach your supervisor’s OSHA 30.
4.- Attach your workers’ OSHA 10.
