In addition, you must remove the “Safety Monitor” since our policies do not allow the use of a safety monitor as an acceptable option for fall protection.
6.- The COI must be properly completed, indicating the correct Certificate Holder. The appropriate description of the COI must also be included.
7.- Please provide the OSHA 10 certificates of your workers. You only submitted one certificate, and the project will certainly require more than one worker; therefore, please submit the corresponding certificates.
