OBSERVATIONS:
1.- The EM 385-1-1 standards and LEGO CO policies do not recognize the “Safety Monitor” as an acceptable fall protection system. Please make the necessary corrections to ensure your Safety Plan complies with the current regulations.
2.- The OSHA 300A for 2024 must be signed.
3.- Please review your Fall Protection Plan to ensure it complies with EM 385-1-1 standards.
4.- Complete the SDS properly, including all materials (chemicals) that will be used. Do not omit any, including fuels and adhesives.
5.- Complete the OSHA 10 certification for your workers. You only submitted the certificate for one worker. As I understand it, more than one worker will be required to complete this work, so please submit the corresponding certificates.
