This project involved several HVAC upgrades, including three new Air Handling Units on Buildings 01, 09, and 12. LEGO also replaced the chilled water pipe insulation and supports, new variable frequency drives, two new variable air volume equipment, AHU mixing boxes, Air Handle Units shut off valves, an outside air duct, CO2 sensors, motorized dampers, duct detectors, interlock with fire alarm, and fire alarm recertification. Additional work included electrical upgrades, tamper proof receptacles in classrooms, electrical disconnects, and wiring for the new HVAC equipment. Finishes included interior and exterior wall repairs and painting.
Also, new French drainage systems in courtyard and patio areas, new catch basins, new solid piping and restoration of existing concrete sidewalk, tree relocation and landscaping.
