LEGO Construction Co. is proud to help our future generation get involved in the construction industry. We were recently honored by the United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education with the wonderful opportunity to come and spend the day teaching children about what our company loves to do. The 3- and 4-year-old children were eager to learn and participate, and our time spent together was both fun and very rewarding to our entire team.
We know how meaningful our day-to-day work can be when executing projects in hospitals and medical facilities. For that reason, we put together a holiday toy drive for the children at the Holtz Children’s Hospital located at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Toys for children ranging from 0-21 were brought in by LEGO staff, management, subcontractors, and many others throughout our different business network. We were grateful for the opportunity to bring a smile to these children’s faces as we delivered holiday cheer room to room.
As part of the SAME South Florida Post, LEGO Construction participated in the “Toys for Tots” program which is led by the United States Marines in collecting gifts for children of all ages for the holidays. The LEGO team works with other SAME South Florida Post companies to benefit the South Florida Post’s Scholarship and Education Fund.
